Easy-to-use, handheld moisture meter for measuring the moisture content in timber/wood by pressing two measuring tips into the material. The measurement result is displayed directly on the LCD screen. The protective cover also has a calibration section to ensure accurate readings. The unit has 5 material groups that are easy to select depending on the type of wood to be measured. The display features 12 mm high digits and backlighting which switches off automatically after 30 seconds. Suitable for carpenters, house inspectors, woodworkers and homeowners. Battery included.
